Charles Kirby and his staff have met every single one of my expectations and then some. They are friendly, professional, and super responsive to any question or request. More than that, they did not undersell or oversell me on any coverages. They make sure my best interest is always in mind. I started my 1st policy with Charles in 1998 and I never left. I could not be happier with them and thus since have moved all my homes, autos, recreational vehicles, and business policies with them. I have been with Kirby Insurance Agency since 2004 for all insurance needs including Renters Insurance, Auto Insurance (personal and business), Home Owners, General Liability (Business), Workers Comp and the list goes on. He has always available without notice. For example, I have purchased multiple vehicles and was always available to give info that the dealer needed even well after business hours. I have recommend Kirby Insurance Agency to my closest friends and family and will continue.

All of my experiences with this agency have always been great. Even if something went wrong the firm was always accountable and moved quickly to correct. I have no problem sending referrals to Charles and his team and should not either.
